Returns Policy

Our returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 7 days of delivery receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

To start a return for your purchase, please submit a return request via Contact Us , and we will reach out within 3-5 business days with instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without sending a request first may not be accepted.

Once returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage. We do not offer product exchange.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the delivery. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Earrings and final sale items are non-refundable.

To be eligible for any refund, the item(s) must be in original, unworn condition with packaging and tags still intact.
