Are there any areas in Singapore that we do not ship to?

We are unable to deliver to restricted areas (such as Jurong Island, military, police and civil defence camps) and the islands surrounding mainland Singapore. Please note that deliveries to certain areas, such as Sentosa and hotels, may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to impose additional charges for delivering your order to these areas.

How do I change my delivery information?

Please reach out to us as soon as. possible and we will do our best to help.

Do note that shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments. If your order has been picked up by the courier before we can relay your request, you may need to incur additional charges on the new delivery request.

Do you offer international shipping?

Please drop us a message via Contact Us on your location and we will advise the shipping cost.

How do I return my order?

To start a return for a purchase, you can submit a request under Contact Us. We will reach out within 3-5 business days with instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without sending a request first may not be accepted. You are responsible for the costs of sending item(s) back to us. Please note that we are not responsible for item(s) that are lost or which cannot be located prior to being received by us, hence please use a trackable form of delivery. Upon our receipt and verification of the item(s) intended for return, and provided that the specified returns are in original condition, we will issue you a refund.

We usually aim to have orders processed within 5 working days of them being received back to us.

Earrings and sale items cannot be returned.

Don’t look reserves the right to reject any returns request if it does not comply with our returns policy.

Why there are light scratches / uneven surface on the pearls?

The bumpy surface of the pearl happens because it's a natural freshwater pearl, not man-made. These imperfections make each pearl special and show that it's real and not artificial. Embracing these imperfections adds to the charm and allure of each natural pearl, celebrating its individuality in the world of jewellery.
